We understand that is rare for one company to have all the answers when it comes to diversity and inclusion, but recognising this in your job posting is offers both transparency and integrity.

As the world becomes more progression so does the need for inclusivity. At V&C we listen to the individual needs, but we also encourage businesses to reflect an understanding in their job posts. For example using statements that reflect this, ‘If there is something we can do to help make the recruitment process or how to make the job more accessible, let us know.’

Acknowledging that an individual candidate has the opportunity to learn and grow demonstrates the ability to work together to make the workplace inclusive for all. A growth mindset recognises that setbacks are necessary in the learning process.
