    Assistant Merchandiser

    We are working with an exciting travel brand; they’re based in a stunning office space in West London which is the creative hub of the brand. They are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join their team.

    A dynamic company that has seen significant international growth over the last 5 years and they continue to expand into new markets. They are an omni-channel retailer, taking orders online, through the call centre and physical retail stores in locations across Europe and North America.

    Key Responsibilities: -

    Stock Management.
    Managing Global commitment to ensure on time delivery, working closely with the buying teams managing the critical path.
    Supporting the Merchandiser with planning, WSSI management, OTB and range planning.
    Liaising with Freight Forwarders/warehouse teams to ensure stock availability. 
    Liaising with Direct Marketing team to ensure stock availability for launch ensuring correct stocks.
    Purchase order management. Ensuring purchase orders are raised in accordance to the agreed phasing and commitment.
    Ensuring that all key/core lines are fully stocked, suggesting repeat orders. 
    Providing a weekly summary of performance within areas of responsibility, relating to sales, stock, promotions and markdowns.
    Analysing sales patterns, trends and history. Makes commercial suggestions to influence future buys.
    Partner with the buying team to create seasonal strategies for departments relating to all KPI'S.
    Actively contributes ideas for in season trading.
    Analysis and tracking of Direct/Stores sales, stock movements and best sellers. 
    Works with buyers to manage the detail in the critical path to ensure availability of accurate information for the business.
    Participates in production planning and forecasting.
    Ensures systems accuracy for all live promotions.
    To support the Merchandiser in day-to-day duties as required and to deputise in their absence.
    Ensuring all cost price issues with third party brands are resolved to ensure invoices are processed correctly.
    Adhere to weekly order programme of all core lines in the business.
    Liaise with suppliers as required.
    Chase outstanding orders with suppliers and warehouse team.
    Deal with Airport consolidation centre to ensure stores have good deliveries.
    Being aware of the product ranges for full price stores and suggesting changes to improve performance by store.
    Undertaking store visits to understand store layouts, stockroom constraints, customer shop floor flow, and fitting of product onto the fixtures.
    Understanding the competitors monitoring their promotional activities.
    Assist the Merchandiser in the creation and maintenance of range plans/line detail by brand.

    Ecommerce Manager

    We have a partnered a rapid growing contemporary brand whom are looking for an exceptional Ecommerce Manager to join their dynamic team.

    You will be responsible for maximising best in class online experience and ensuring sites are performing against targets. The eCommerce Manager is responsible for managing the eCommerce team and an external development resource. 

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Daily management of the eCommerce team and external development agency through Monday project management boards.
    Expected to lead by example, actively involved in merchandising, implementing onsite campaigns and managing feature developments.
    Ensuring that sites are at all times updated with scalability and adaptability in mind.
    Future proofing catalogue setup for international expansion and the unique wholesale business needs.
    Managing all operational issues for the global wholesale eCommerce websites for example postage rates and tax setup to integration with our bespoke warehousing system.
    Monitoring key relevant metrics via analytics dashboards.
    Analysing the onsite customer journey, identifying trends such as highly converting pages, bounce rates and problem exit points then work with the wholesale eCommerce team to implement fixes to continuously development wholesale websites with a focus on increasing conversions and improving the user experience.
    Liaising with other departments to ensure the online business works in synergy with other areas of the business, helping to maximise opportunities across all channels.
    Ensuring that all direct marketing campaigns are properly tracked and analysed.
    Managing and developing the wholesale eCommerce team and working with wider teams to drive our online business forward throughout the world.

    Key Requirements: -

    Excellent eCommerce experience gained within a consumer goods, wholesale environment, preferably in fashion, jewellery or accessories.
    A proven track record of managing processes and ideally people to effectively deliver a best in class online experience.
    Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building skills and the ability to influence.
    Keen to take ownership in a role with confidence and enthusiasm.
    Excellent awareness and understanding of website development, website UI design, usability, SEO and reporting.
    Strong knowledge of eCcommerce platforms and functionality, ideally with experience of working on the Magento 2 platform.
    Excellent market awareness and analytical skills, particularly useful for the early stages of the role when developing capability.
    Strong portfolio clearly demonstrating an ability to approach different projects from the brands perspective keeping within their core values and design.
    Positive and inspiring manager, team player and a confident communicator.
    Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

    Our client, a large reputable womenswear supplier, is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team!

    You will be responsible for supporting the Sales manager by developing relations with internal departments, mills and clients and helping to drive sales.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Assisting the Sales Manager by arranging costings, confirming fabric orders and raising fabric POs.
    Sending out orders to costing group and raises them on internal system ensuring details are always up to date.
    Maintaining a library of strike offs and dips for the customer, organising submissions for approval.
    Developing relationships with the mills and contacts them to confirm price, leadtime and fabric details for the sales manager.
    Submitting strike offs and lab dips to the customer and follows up approvals and comments with the mills.
    Attending customer meetings when required.

    Key Requirements:-

    2-3 years’ experience within a wholesale sales environment.
    Good organisational and time management skills.
    Strong team player who can work and communicate well with others.

The successful organisation is looking for an established Sales Manager for the UK responsible for driving sales, expanding the existing customer base, managing Nationwide agents and developing new sales channels as the company looks to aggressively targets to develop their sales across the UK and London in particular.

    Key Responsibilities: -

    Overseeing, implementing and developing an effective sales strategy to achieve company targets.
