    You will be responsible for the upkeep of morale in the team, monitoring KPIs and negotiating terms and prices with customers.

    Key Responsibilities: -

    Motivating and driving the team, ensuring targets are met Keeps track of team KPIs especially contribution and achieved gross margin.
    Ensuring a high level of pro-activity and urgency during the sales process.
    Preparing Monday sales meetings and sharing retail feedback and newness relevant teams can trade from.
    Selling styles to the customers and negotiating prices and delivery terms.
    Able to re-negotiate terms if a problem arises.
    Monitoring in-store performance and reacting promptly to rates of sales and customer feedback.
    Trading within season and keeping the lead with emerging trends and fabrications.
    Tracking orders and providing year on year on a customer bases for purpose of budget capacity planning.

    Key Requirements: -

    We are working with a very exciting and rapidly growing contemporary jewellery brand whom are looking to recruit an exceptional Senior Merchandiser to join their dynamic team.
    You will be responsible for maximising sales and profit across all channels via effective stock management and analysis.
    They are looking for an ambitious and driven individual who aspire to play an active role in driving their brand through the next phases of their growth.

    Key Responsibilities: -

    Develop strong merchandising strategy to optimise growth and maximize sale opportunities.
    Plan and manage the OTB to meet sale and margin targets across all channels.
    Support sustainable growth by forecasting, planning and monitoring stock levels.
    Collaborate with the Buying team to create a competitive and profitable range plan.
    Analyse and report product sale through performance while tracking key market trends to identify new opportunities and suggest changes when needed.
    Build out and manage a world class Merchandising team to support high growth phase of the business.
    Create and monitor the WSSI to track internal KPIs and maintain control over stock levels.
    Forecast and propose stock buys and collaborate with the Buying team to deliver optimal stock position at all times.
    Collaborate with key stakeholders in the company, review and create processes to deliver maximum accuracy on stock position at any given time.
    Work as a pair with the Buying team to ensure a commercial and competitive product mix while achieving desired margins.
    Assist internal finance team in keeping track on stock levels across all channels.
    Work closely with e-commerce and retail teams to ensure maximum trading performance.

    Key Requirements: -

    Minimum 5 years’ experience as a merchandiser in a multi-channel brand.
    Proven team building and management experience.
    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    Strong attention to detail.
    Highly analytical and numerate.
    Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
    Capability to work autonomously, to take full responsibility and make sound decisions.

    We are working with a major supplier of retail display organisation that produces digital displays across the Consumer Electronics Industry working with major organisations including Sony, Samsung, Garmin and many more high profile businesses whom are looking for an Account Director to manage and develop and work with a pre-defined client portfolio creating and developing new opportunities for the business.

    The opportunity will be working with cross functional team to identify, develop and deliver relevant display solutions to their clients, managing, delivering against and reporting on forecast on a monthly basis

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Understand client’s strategic objectives relevant to display and merchandising. 
    Determine budget holders, decision makers, influencers and supporters. 
    Create opportunity for Senior Management representation within accounts.
    Develop service levels appropriate to client’s needs. 
    Through using market insights work towards driving efficiency and opportunities within existing and new clients.
    Develop plan for strategic growth of opportunity within Europe. 
    Create marketing and client entertainment plan. 
    Regular meetings; weekly project meeting, quarterly performance reviews, AOP, etc.
    Develop networking plan for incremental opportunity. 
    Ensure solutions are developed in line with client’s strategic objectives. 
    Create platform for year on year measurement of our performance against objectives. 
    Overview report highlighting change. 
    Review business against plan by client by month / quarter. 
    Incremental business options and potential threats. 
    Flag priority projects with plan for conversion. 
    Review resources – over or under capacity. 
    Develop clear, comprehensive client briefs with pre-defined objectives, target costs, timelines, key dates, etc.
    Weekly project update ahead of client meeting. 
    Create regular project updates for presentation to Managing Director. 

    Key Requirements:- 

    5+ years experience of working in Sales role preferably within POP, Store Fixture or Retail sector.
    Good written and verbal communication skills.
    Good knowledge of European programs and ways of working. 
    Experience in Consumer Electronics sector – (preferably). 
    Strong track record of successful client development and business conversion with Global brands.
    Good interpersonal and motivational skills.
    Ability to work flexible hours and available to travel.

    You will be responsible for working in close relationships with internal teams and suppliers to develop new products and ensure new ideas are in trend and to customer standard.

    Minimum experience of 5 years at established level from a well-known retailer or brand, with excellent communication and negation skills with factories and understanding of UK market to innovate and offer new products.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Trend research, work with design and product development to develop products.
    Review best sellers from previous season in the market to offer new products to move on bestselling lines.
    Follow up with suppliers, merchandisers and technicians to interpret products meeting the key elements of the design sheets within the timelines.
    Visit factories to identify products in trend, share new ideas, products and work with designers to develop products to cover missed opportunities.
    Review design presentations, critical path and plan to visit with a collection from mills and factories.
    Work closely with all teams involved to offer the best product range to the required price points meeting demands of the market.
    Promote capabilities of the region and encourage designers, customers to visit factories, and mills in the region.
    Work with director and general manager to set sales and profit targets at the beginning of the year, review and drive teams and suppliers to meet targets at the end of the year.

    Key Requirements:-

    Minimum 5 years’ experience in buying, design or product development role at an established retailer or brand.
    Knowledge and experience in Fashion Design, fabrications, product development, people management and working with manufacturers to interpret design sheets to samples
    Trend research and be updated WGSN, FASHION SNOOP and magazines.
    Knowledge and understanding of fashion market specially in UK and work to innovate and offer new products.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers to get competitive prices, go getter to get the best from the team and factories.
    Exceptional team player, resourceful and energetic.
    Training / development skills to develop teams and suppliers to improve developing products and remove restriction and ability to challenge to improve the product offer.
