    Social Media Executive

    £25,000 - £28,000

    We have an opportunity for a forward thinking a Paid Media Manager with experience of both Google AdWords (search, display, shopping and Youtube) and paid social (Facebook and Instagram) to join a fast moving and creative team working for an Award winning digital marketing agency. You will be working with a variety of business and across multi sectors managing paid social and organics campaigns nationwide.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Understanding of custom audiences and lookalike audiences.

    Ability to generate and install the Facebook pixel, Dynamic products and all FB ads functionality.

    Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)

    Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting

    Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI

    Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues

    Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)

    Write attractive and concise copy for adverts

    Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels

    Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors

    Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud

    Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends

    Strong understanding and experience of bidding techniques (AutoBid, CPC, CPM, oCPM).

    Strong at statistical analysis, spreadsheets and reporting.

    Ability to navigate, schedule or generate reports quickly.

    Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.

    Participate in forming effective paid search strategies

    Key Requirements

    At least 5 years’ experience in paid media

    Experience in multi-channel data analysis and reporting

    Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts

    Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.)

    Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus

    Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)

    Excellent communication skills

    Analytical thinking with strong maths skills

    Agency background preferable

    Google AdWords and Facebook Blueprint certification a bonus.

    Ads pend management experience and strong sense of responsibility for client budgets.

    The business is recruiting for a talented Senior Digital Strategist that has significant experience in social campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, corporate and executive positioning, crisis communications and online reputation management working alongside senior directors on key accounts overseeing content and looking at driving exposure for the businesses.

    Key Responsibilities

     

    Create and publish engaging digital content aligned to existing clients requirement

    Edit, proofread and improve writers’ content

    Liaise with client / and or content writers to ensure consistency of message

    Optimize content according to SEO metrics

    Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms (LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter) to increase awareness

    Develop an editorial calendar and ensure client content team is on board

    Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)

    Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention

    To help further develop ‘the agency’s’ digital strategy across existing clients

    To both improve and engage ‘the agency’s’ digital capabilities

     

    Key Requirements

     

    Proven work experience as a Content  and Client manager

    Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress

    Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing

    Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics

    Familiarity with social media outlets

    Excellent writing skills in English

    Attention to detail paramount importance

    Good organizational and time-management skills

    4-5 year digital comms experience

    Team leadership experience essential

    BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
