    We are working with a British cruelty-free cosmetics company, specialising in on trend make-up and nail products.
    They  are looking to recruit a Demand Planner Assistant covering forecasting and stock related planning within their own in house and overseas production. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills sets within Production for a growing and fast paced brand.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Monitor stock levels and sales to assist in buying finished product, raw materials and components.
    Liaise closely with NPD team and BAA to keep on top of pending orders and delivery schedule.
    Weekly production planning taking capacity, limitations and logistical preferences into account.
    Attend daily progress meetings.
    Assist in analysis used for buying and production.
    Updating sales reports as sales info is received.
    Updating and distributing OOS reports and delivery fulfilment info to key retailers.
    Running Top 50 lines weekly and flagging any risks/opportunities.
    Regularly reviewing and updating supplier codes in all relevant documents.
    General maintenance and up-keep of databases and planning tools.
    Working with sales team to allocate out NPD amongst retailers.
    Helping to forecast sales for new launches.
    Assist in providing analysis and insights to make business decisions.
    Promotion planning.

    Key Requirements:-

    Have 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
    Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
    Educated to degree level.
    Faultless attention to detail.
    Excellent analytical skills and a love of Excel.
    Able to multi-task, prioritise and stay calm under pressure.
    Proactive and takes initiative.

    Our partnered client, a large reputable supplier, has an exciting opportunity for a Garment Technologist to join their busy team.
    You will be responsible for managing the critical path, attending fit meetings and problem solving any quality issues.

    Key Responsibilities: -

    Working with Account’s for Primark, Penney’s, DP, Evans and Debenhams.
    Creating original size chart on the systems for customers grading rules and measurements.
    Sealing and pre-production garment technology processes.
    Liaising with designers, buyers, senior managers, suppliers and factories in Romania, Morocco, Turkey and UK and give general support to all team members within technical department.
    Liaising with in-house and factories machinist team to ensure samples are received on time and to standard.
    Attending fit sessions and provide technical advice when necessary.
    Collecting and organising sealed samples, graded specs, sketches and fit comments for production packs.
    Measuring garment samples and assess prior to fit meetings.

    Key Requirements: -

    Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar job role.
    Ability to work as individual also as a team member working in a fast-paced environment.
    Ability to understand and work against critical path.
    Development of new blocks and fit.
    Experience in fit meetings.
    Able to work under pressure.
    Strong communicator.

    We are looking for a confident and self-motivated fabric tech/testing candidate. Experienced in dealing with high street retailers along with knowledge on sustainability within the industry.

    The role will be to provide administrative and technical support for both the sales and production team, managing and prioritising their own workload.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Submit and maintain base and bulk testing for customers’ requirements, liaising with internal departments, suppliers and customers.
    Going through all customer manuals and testing requirements so nothing is missed.
    Keeping up to date with Reach Compliance and relevant regulations.
    To advise on fabric specifications, and where necessary make improvements to a fabrics performance to meet customers’ requirements.
    Chasing relevant labs for test reports to ensure they are received back in timely manner, and dealing with any failures/ issues along the way.
    Assessing and evaluating reports regarding customer complaints related to fabric performance.
    Advising care Labels based on base and bulk test reports.
    Maintain and update their own Critical Path while keeping in tune with the final delivery dates given to customers.

    Key Requirements:-

    3 years minimum experience.
    Must have strong fabric and textile product manufacturing knowledge.
    Along with strong communication skills, team player, customer focused attitude.
    Great attitude with a bubbly personality.
    Ability to handle pressure within a fast pace environment.
    Strong communication and organisational skills.

    Technical Manager

    An exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to work for an established womenswear manufacturing company based in Central London.
    The candidate must come equipped with managerial skills and have experience working with garments that are more complicated focusing on soft separates.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Working within a busy technical team, and across a variety of multi product garments: woven, and jersey, structured draped dresses, also separated and tailored trousers and jackets.
    Responsible for spec writing, garment fitting and sealing with customers and factories.
    Communicate all technical information directly to the factory.
    Checking, measuring factory samples and production samples.
    Accountable for overseeing the critical path.
    To handle the comments/approvals process and resolve technical/quality issues.
    Attend fit meetings with customers and communicate with the pattern cutters regarding the amendments.
    Overseeing 3 Production Pattern Cutters, 3 Techs, 1 Tech Admin and a Grader.

    Key Requirements:-

    Minimum 5 years’ experience.
    Pattern cutting background would be beneficial.
    Highly organised.
    Strong communication skills.
    Work well as part of a team and to the agreed critical paths.
    Experience with soft separates – jersey and woven fabrics.
    Good knowledge of garment fit, construction and grading.
    Eye for detail and quality.
    Manage costs during development, fit and sealing stages.
    Computer literate – including Microsoft Office.
