    Junior Account Manager

    £20,000 - £30,000

    We are working with a growing outerwear menswear brand whom are looking for a Junior Account Manager to cover key accounts throughout the UK and Ireland.

    This successful individual will be responsible for the managing of day to day sales and servicing all existing accounts across the UK and Ireland.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    To manage and run the day to day sales of independent stores in the UK and Ireland.
    To service all existing accounts and assist with any queries these accounts may have.
    Arrange and hold customer meetings in both Borehamwood and London offices.
    Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
    Where necessary, visit current customers and potential customers stores and maintain a good rapport with the owners, managers and buyers.
    Obtain and process orders and organise the dispatch of goods from the Warehouse.
    Manage the return process and discuss with accounts and logistics when credit notes need to be issued.
    Liaise with house agents assist them with sufficient tools to help their day to day role (Weekly Stock Lists, Photos and Samples).
    Physical stock checks to be taken and maintained.
    Full ownership of available stock deliveries (shipping and delivery dates).
    Ensure samples are with agents and records kept in a timely manner of shipments.

    Key Requirements:-

    1-3 years’ experience of working within account management.
    The ability to research and establish new accounts, clients and agents in the UK.
    The ability to work towards set targets.
    Excellent understanding of customer account details and current situations.
    Full Driving license required.
    Positive and energetic with a desire to succeed.
    Good communication skills both written and orally.

    International Merchandise Manager

    Up to £80,000 DOE

    Working for one of Europe's most successful brands this International Brand Merchandise Manager is an independent position with a clear remit in  ensuring  stock is in the correct locations at the correct time, optimizing sales and reduce markdown.

    Working closely with the Product Merchandisers and Regional Managers to use analysis to feed into store space plans and to support and train the allocation team. 

    Key Requirements:-

    Conduct analysis across the store base. 
    Work cross-functionally to develop a sound understanding of the customer. 
    Maintain awareness of current business priorities to ensure that department strategy is aligned to that of the business. 
    Challenge existing thinking and identify new sales and profit opportunities. 
    Present grading to senior management and retail teams.
    Support expansion into new stores.
    Analyse performance of new stores and make amends as appropriate.
    Work in conjunction with the brand teams to review department/category performance
    Ensure warehouse and logistics teams are aligned to any department specific initiatives
    Develop top level allocation and replenishment principles.
    Review and refresh grading in season to reflect openings, closures, space changes and recent performance.
    Ensure stock is moving through the warehouse as expected.
    Check Allocation plans issued by department teams.
    Review sales performance at grade and store level, proposing trading actions and delivering those signed off after trade meetings.
    Build Strong relationships between product, retail and DC teams through clear and relevant communication with regular trade updates.
    Plan stock builds ahead of key selling periods.
    Sign off and monitor the opening and closure processes.
    Report on performance of trials to the brand team and key stake holders.
    Ensure the continuity business is maximised potentializing availability.

    Key Requirements:-

    Minimum 3 years experience in a similar field
    Form strong relationships with Merchandising team
    Good understanding of fast fashion
    Analytical and organised
    Commercial mindset
    Support the Merchandisers to conduct objective setting and performance reviews for the allocators
    Proactive approach to involvement in tasks outside of own department
    Strong level of both English and Spanish

    Opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to work closely with the Supply Chain Manager, responsible for managing the supply chain between Customer, Manufacturer and Logistics (Warehouse) at the world’s largest supplier of Product Protection Equipment covering sport, electronic, industrial, defence and the motorcycle industries. Y

    ou will be pro-actively planning and implementing supply and logistics, ensuring that the flow of data and materials between Customer and Manufacturer meets customer demands and in the process minimise costs to the Company and maximising customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Planning of supply and logistics to meet customer schedules.
    Ordering of goods from production sites in time to meet customer requirements.
    Control of inventory levels at local location and monitoring of consignment stocks.
    Control of deliveries to the customer according to customer’s delivery calls.
    Development and implementation of efficiency improvements.
    Create purchase orders.
    Communicate with the customer/factory on any issues.
    Authorise appropriate freight routing and method to meet customer’s requirements within set parameters.
    Ensure cost effective routing of the goods to meet customer schedules.
    Proactively monitor forward supply plans and highlight potential supply shortfalls in sufficient time to take contingency action.
    Monitor the transport of the ordered goods and inventory at the warehouse.
    Manage inventory levels considering customer’s needs, consignment stocks, factory performance and budget targets.
    Where there are problems with delivery - pro-actively develop and implement solution.
    Handle customer concerns in relation to the supply, packaging, and quality of parts and escalate in a timely manner if necessary.

    Key Requirements:-

    Minimum 2 years’ experience within a supply chain logistics role at a manufacturer.
    Organised with excellent communication skills.
    Proactive and methodical.
    Ability to develop relationships across all departments, factories and customers.
    Experience with CRM systems, salesforce being preferable.
