    An exciting opportunity for an International  Senior Sales Manager to join a large reputable womenswear supplier covering woven, printed and plain soft separates working with sustainable and organic products such as organic cotton, recycled polyester, EcoVero and organic linen garments with young fast fashion retail brands in Spain and looking to develop their presence in Europe.

    Key Responsibilities: -  

    Motivating and driving the team, ensuring targets are met.
    Keeps track of team KPIs especially contribution and achieved gross margin.
    Ensures a high level of pro-activity and urgency during the sales process.
    Preparing Monday sales meetings and sharing retail feedback and newness relevant teams can trade from.
    Selling styles to the customers and negotiating prices and delivery terms.
    Able to re-negotiate terms if a problem arises.
    Monitoring in-store performance and reacting promptly to rates of sales and customer feedback.
    Trading within season and keeping the lead with emerging trends and fabrications.
    Tracking orders and providing year on year on a customer bases for purpose of budget capacity planning.  

    Key Requirements: -  

    Min 6 years with excellent sales history in sales.
    Managing margin and contribution efficiently.
    Strong presentation and communication skills.
    Able to negotiate with clients, suppliers and factories.
    Training, motivating, coaching and influencing others.
    Highly organised.
    Able to build and maintain strong relationships.
    Can easily coordinate with other departments.
    Fluent in Spanish and English.

    Wholesale Manager (US Market)

    £35,000 - £38,000

    An excellent opportunity to join an expanding Wholesale team as a US Wholesale Manager.
    You will be working closely with the Head of Wholesale to deliver the US sales strategy and drive revenue and performance across the US market and will be responsible for leading the US sales team and working with agents to ensure all targets are achieved.

    Key Responsibilities: -

    Working with the HoW to establish and execute a clear commercial strategy for the UK market to maximise wholesale revenue.
    Managing the UK sales team and working collaboratively with sales agents to achieve company targets for retention and growth.
    Proactively working with global wholesale managers to promote best practice and increase sales.
    Acting as a main point of contact for all UK agents.
    Tracking weekly sales and report actions on opportunities or risks.
    Working with HoW to develop seasonal strategies, incentives around events and holidays to ensure company’s targets are achieved.
    Ensuring the brand is well represented in stores and/or online and drive marketing opportunities.
    Working with events team and agents to run all UK showrooms.
    Delivering structured feedback to the design team and head of wholesale on collection performance.
    Liaising with visual merchandising teams to ensure brand guidelines are maintained across the UK stores.
    Stay fully informed of competitors and market trends.
    Monitoring seasonal and yearly performance, by delivering relevant reports and business reviews.
    Identify customer requirements and opportunities and coordinate with other departments to implement.
    Minimise lost sales or customer cancellations and coordinate, where necessary, with other departments to find solutions.
    Assisting with ad-hoc departmental projects.

    Key Requirements: -

    3 years’ experience in a similar role.
    Excellent organisation and administration skills with a keen eye for detail.
    Strong team management skills.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Wholesale Coordinator (US Market)

    An expanding contemporary jewellery brand is looking for a US Wholesale Coordinator that is based in the UK.
    You will be responsible for managing relationships with key agents, driving US sales for the jewellery and lifestyle brands. As well as signing off new accounts and reviewing repeat business alongside the Wholesale Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Driving sales across the US, working alongside agents to help them achieve sales targets set by the brand. 
    Working with US agents, having weekly calls based around sales and category performance.
    Prospecting new accounts.
    Optimising all categories to ensure we have good distribution across the US (in the agent’s territory).
    Manage and drive seasonal and ad hoc promotions.
    Check in on agent account visits. 
    Monitor pre-sale performance targets.
    Driving mid-season launches.
    Performing showroom visits and calendar management.
    Ensuring agents deliver show targets.
    Weekly sales updates as well as quarterly and seasonal reviews.
    Top 10 stockists – calls quarterly.
    Ensuring agents follow GDPR regulations.
    Sharing relevant product feedback to further develop the range.
    Reviewing repeat business.
    POS optimisation and signing off new accounts.

    Key Requirements:-

    2+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally working in a fast paced fashion environment.
    Excellent organisation and administration skills with a keen eye for detail.
    Confident communicator with the ability to influence.
    Strong aptitude for relationship management.
    A real team player, willing to go above and beyond.
    Analytical skills and intermediate Excel knowledge.

    Key Account Manager

    We have a fantastic opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join a rapidly growing jewellery brand.
    As the selected candidate, you will manage relationships for new and existing house accounts, introducing new lines and ensure sales from existing ranges are optimised and prospecting new accounts in line with our brand. You will present collections to new and existing clients at client offices as well as our onsite showroom.
    You will also need to have contacts in the fashion, gifting or jewellery industry.

    Key Responsibilites:-

    Responsible for achieving set revenues and all other defined KPIs.
    Develop and optimise sales through an existing client base, whilst also highlighting, targeting and converting new accounts.
    Analyse account potential, track sales and report accordingly.
    Identify and develop market insight to source new partners.
    Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. 
    Support clients with the implementation of key promotional and marketing activity to generate sales growth and meet brand objectives.
    Negotiate terms, costs and conditions.
    Work with the Head of Wholesale to develop a sales strategy for key accounts globally.
    Work with all in-house teams to further grow key accounts (Design, Merchandising and VM).

    Key Requirements:-

    5 years proven account management or other relevant experience.
    Knowledge of how to range build.
    Understanding of current retail environment and how retail high street stores operate. 
    Innate sales skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
    Entrepreneurial and results orientated mindset.
    Excellent communication with the ability to drive and influence both internal stakeholders and external business partners.
    Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the accounts needs.

    Account Manager

    £28,000 - £30,000

    We are working with a fantastic formal menswear brand, based in central London, whom are looking for a Sales Account Manager to cover Independent accounts throughout the UK and Ireland.
    This successful individual will be responsible for the managing of day to day sales, servicing all existing accounts and tasked with opening new accounts across the UK and Ireland.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    To manage and run the day to day sales of independent stores in the UK and Ireland.
    To service all existing accounts and assist with any queries these accounts may have.
    Arrange and hold customer meetings in both Borehamwood and London offices.
    Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
    Where necessary, visit current customers and potential customers stores and maintain a good rapport with the owners, managers and buyers.
    Obtain and process orders and organise the dispatch of goods from the Warehouse.
    Manage the return process and discuss with accounts/logistics when credit notes need to be issued.
    Liaise with house agents assist them with sufficient tools to help their day to day role (Weekly Stock Lists, Photos and Samples).
    Physical stock checks to be taken and maintained.
    Full ownership of available stock deliveries (shipping and delivery dates). 
    Ensure samples are with agents and records kept in a timely manner of shipments.

    Key Requirements:-

    2-3 years’ experience of working within account management.
    The ability to research and establish new accounts, clients and agents in the UK.
    The ability to work towards set targets.
    Excellent understanding of customer account details and current situations.
    Full Driving license required.
    Positive and energetic with a desire to succeed.
    Good communication skills both written and orally.
