    International Merchandise Manager

    Up to £80,000 DOE

    Working for one of Europe's most successful brands this International Brand Merchandise Manager is an independent position with a clear remit in  ensuring  stock is in the correct locations at the correct time, optimizing sales and reduce markdown.

    Working closely with the Product Merchandisers and Regional Managers to use analysis to feed into store space plans and to support and train the allocation team. 

    Key Requirements:-

    Conduct analysis across the store base. 
    Work cross-functionally to develop a sound understanding of the customer. 
    Maintain awareness of current business priorities to ensure that department strategy is aligned to that of the business. 
    Challenge existing thinking and identify new sales and profit opportunities. 
    Present grading to senior management and retail teams.
    Support expansion into new stores.
    Analyse performance of new stores and make amends as appropriate.
    Work in conjunction with the brand teams to review department/category performance
    Ensure warehouse and logistics teams are aligned to any department specific initiatives
    Develop top level allocation and replenishment principles.
    Review and refresh grading in season to reflect openings, closures, space changes and recent performance.
    Ensure stock is moving through the warehouse as expected.
    Check Allocation plans issued by department teams.
    Review sales performance at grade and store level, proposing trading actions and delivering those signed off after trade meetings.
    Build Strong relationships between product, retail and DC teams through clear and relevant communication with regular trade updates.
    Plan stock builds ahead of key selling periods.
    Sign off and monitor the opening and closure processes.
    Report on performance of trials to the brand team and key stake holders.
    Ensure the continuity business is maximised potentializing availability.

    Key Requirements:-

    Minimum 3 years experience in a similar field
    Form strong relationships with Merchandising team
    Good understanding of fast fashion
    Analytical and organised
    Commercial mindset
    Support the Merchandisers to conduct objective setting and performance reviews for the allocators
    Proactive approach to involvement in tasks outside of own department
    Strong level of both English and Spanish

    Outerwear Designer

    £30,000 - £40,000

    An opportunity for a talented and creative Outerwear Designer to join a newly created division of a reputable manufacture.

    We are looking for someone with at least 3 years Design experience within Outerwear and who can work closely with customers and produce innovative designs in-line with developing market trends.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Accountable for creating ranges within the team based in the clients specifications.
    Commercially aware of current trends and themes, developing the brand and working with production to ensure all products are designed and manufactured in line with the customers’ direction and critical path within sometimes tight deadlines.
    Daily contact with third parties including the Far East and Europe as well as frequent travel (e.g China and Korea).
    Creating range sheets for the Far East to understand Daily contact with our customers at different levels.
    Supporting the business in adding value to its clients, understanding and researching new product development opportunities. S
    hare knowledge of manufacturing process and techniques.

    Key Requirements:-

    At least 3 years’ experience as an Outerwear Designer within a supplier.
    Working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and materials is desirable.
    Experience leading designs
    Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadline is essential.
    Ability to produce technical sheets for manufacturing products.
    Strong CAD skills and Illustrator experience.
    Good presentation skills.
    Need to drive (due to location of office)

    Supply Chain Supervisor

    £50,000 - £55,000

    The opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to be the central point of contact between the Customer, Manufacturer and Logistics (Warehouse) for one of the world’s largest supplier of Product Protection Equipment covering sport, electronic, industrial, defence, and Technological products such as mobile phones and Tablets.

    You will be pro-actively planning and implementing supply and logistics, ensuring that the flow of data and materials between Customer and Manufacturer meets customer demands and in the process minimise costs to the Company and maximising customer satisfaction

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Responsibility for the Supply Chain of the business Managing the existing team of staff in Operations, Quality and Testing departments.
    Assessing current system/process and then designing, building and delivering a scalable global operations process.
    Ensuring cross-functional engagement and commitment from across the business, particularly Commercial and Sales functions.
    Building, training and leading a high-performance team within the supply chain departments.
    Embedding robust, effective processes to deliver maximum forecast accuracy and service, whilst balancing supply constraints and enabling year on year cost reductions across the Supply Chain.
    The primary function of this important role is to co-ordinate the order to delivery process from end to end for Global Sales with the aim of satisfying the customer, ensuring they have everything they need – from order capture through to delivery to customer in destination market.  

    Key Requirements:-

    Extensive Operations experience - designing and implementing processes, and leading Operations teams.
    Exposure to complex, international Supply Chains with a focus on servicing integrated customers, where traceability and process control is key in markets such as Military equipment, PPE/Industrial supplies, Pharmaceuticals, Medical devices and Aerospace.
    A background in leadership positions, with strong stakeholder management skills
    Experience delivering complex change projects on a broad scale Supply chain and Logistics experience in a demanding environment (Import / Export).
    Experience in an environment that requires high levels of accuracy and flexibility.
    Experience of working with internal and external customers.
    The ability to travel overseas to visit manufacturers in the Far East and USA clients.

    Account Manager

    £35,000 - £45,000

    The Sales Account Manager must have a good understanding and experience working within a fast-paced fashion supplier to leading high street retailers and brands, with at least 5 years’ experience in an Account Manager role across ladieswear.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Develop and maintain sales for all key accounts of which the candidate will have complete ownership.
    Overseeing samples through to production.
    Understanding and identifying key trends and having the ‘eye’ for fashion.
    Understanding of range planning.
    Good understanding of margins and working with merchandisers and buyers for optimising open to buy.

    Key Requirements:-

    5 years’ experience as a Sales Account Manager across ladieswear.
    Able to work under pressure and prioritising workloads.
    Excellent communication and organisational skills.
    Ability to travel at short notice for clients, evens and shows.
    Confident and outgoing with a passionate about the business and customers.
