    Fantastic opportunity to join a growing and expanding ladies’ footwear and accessories whom are looking for a bright, young person to help run the our Ecommerce website and deal with customer enquiries. Someone with great communication skills whom is more than happy to speak on the telephone, email customers and comfortable with all aspects of being part of a small business and getting involved where required

    There will be a lot of teamwork and it’s an exciting time for the business.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Work alongside the Founder, Designers, Ecommerce team

    Processing online orders on a daily basis

    Analysing sales and keeping stock records for all orders

    Providing customer service via email and telephone - being first point of contact

    Liaising with courier and delivery services

    Assisting with Ecommerce for product upload, content, PR and Marketing activities

    Providing administrative and clerical support within the studio

    Ad-hoc administrative tasks


    Key Requirements:

    Be well organised and be able to multi-task & prioritise

    Be a team player

    Possess very good customer service skills

    Have strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook

    Possess excellent attention to detail, being numerate & accurate

    Excellent communication skills

    Have a well-developed analytical approach and problem-solving capability

    Have an interest in ladies fashion and footwear

    Outgoing, confident and enthusiastic.
