The business is experiencing year on year growth and are constantly seeking opportunities in new markets whilst developing business within existing.
Working across all wholesale accounts UK & International.
Ensure accurate loading, allocating and processing of all orders
Produce weekly sales reports for all accounts for the wholesale team.
Close analysis of sell through reports and suggest key styles to reorder/ move slow sellers.
Liaising with clients on a daily basis for order follow up and amendments / product information/ campaign updates / reorders
Ensure clients are updated throughout the supply chain, managing any production, transport or delivery issues that arise.
Work closely with merchandising team to keep track of critical path and deliveries
Produce product packs and VM packs for store staff as sales tools
Assist store team with daily reports to drive sales as defined by wholesale manager
Liaise with store teams daily and provide info regarding merchandising, deliveries, MDs etc
Assist managing director in driving business revenue to maximum potential.
Be knowledgeable and aware of market trends and competitors and recommend areas for business development and improvements
Assisting with all queries including investigating over shipments, faulty stock and incomplete orders.
Skills and Experience Required:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to project manage multitasks autonomously
Confident, highly organised, ability to use initiative and be proactive
Well presented, level-headed, personal energy, enthusiastic, engaging with a happy demeanour
Good time management and time planning
Advanced Excel skills, Pivot tables and reporting
Knowledge of UK and international retail market, Dept. stores and boutiques
