    We have been retained on a senior Marketing position for an established London based Brand, working closely with key stakeholders of the business and reporting directly to the Customer Director.

    This important function sits firmly within Marketing and Communications team and is responsible for the development, implementation and management of the marketing calendar as well as having ownership for all activities to help the business drive sales and profitability for the business. A creative entrepreneurial spirit is required to bring the brand to life creating interest and exposure.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Create, implement and manage of the Trade Marketing calendar developing innovative, high impact campaigns in line with the overall business objectives and budget for the brand.
    Ensure appropriate media is selected and all campaigns adhere to a clearly defined advertising strategy.
    Bring and share best in class knowledge and marketing expertise across the business.
    Build a vision and roadmap for the future development of marketing activity across the brand and contribute to the on-going development of brand and communications strategy.
    Work closely with the leadership team to deliver this vision.
    Working closely with the Customer Director and the Brand, Buying and Merchandise Director ensure that the brand proposition, retail marketing and trade messages are communicated consistently, effectively and efficiently.
    Work with Ecommerce and Digital Marketing teams to amplify and drive cut through of all Marketing messages.
    Manage store marketing manager to deliver effective store and local marketing communications activity that drives store footfall.
    Support in development of marketing toolkits and assets that can be deployed by local stores and regional managers to drive in store footfall and conversion.

    Key Requirements:-

    At least 8 years’ experience in a Marketing/Brand management role within a retailer.
    Entrepreneurial spirit and confident with self-belief.
    A proven track record of delivering exciting and innovate marketing solutions.
    You will have a strong background in developing marketing strategy.
    You will also have experience of taking new ideas from concept to execution.
    Excellent communication skills across the business and working with external agencies.
    The ability to understand and read situations well with key stakeholders of the business from Director level and across Digital, Marketing and B&M.
