    Payroll Manager

    We are working with a very successful independent, award winning and very established Accountancy Practice whom are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their growing dynamic team.

    This is a fantastic opportunity  to join a diverse business working with an exciting client based.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Managing multiple clients payrolls and ensuring the highest level of service

    Managing and onboarding clients, establishing and maintaining key client relationships

    Ensure that Management and Administrative staff are updated with any changes required to the way in which payroll information is provided on the payroll returns.

    Issue Ad hoc reports from the system as necessary.

    Provide explanations in response to queries from clients and their staff on their pay.

    Maintain up to date knowledge of the statutory requirements in relation to SSP, SMP, PAYE, NI and year end returns.

    Complete all statutory and year end payroll returns within the required time-scales.

     

    Key requirements

    Excellent understand of Xero

    Good Excel skills

    Strong portfolio of Payroll experience at a high volume

    Mitrefinch knowledge beneficial but not crucial

    Time recording systems experience would be desirable

    Key Responsibilities:

    Work alongside the Founder, Designers, Ecommerce team

    Processing online orders on a daily basis

    Analysing sales and keeping stock records for all orders

    Providing customer service via email and telephone - being first point of contact

    Liaising with courier and delivery services

    Assisting with Ecommerce for product upload, content, PR and Marketing activities

    Providing administrative and clerical support within the studio

    Ad-hoc administrative tasks

     

    Key Requirements:

    Be well organised and be able to multi-task & prioritise

    Be a team player

    Possess very good customer service skills

    Have strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook

    Possess excellent attention to detail, being numerate & accurate

    Digital Media Executive

    £25,000 - £28,000

    We have an opportunity for a forward thinking a Paid Media Manager with experience of both Google AdWords (search, display, shopping and Youtube) and paid social (Facebook and Instagram) to join a fast moving and creative team working for an Award winning digital marketing agency. You will be working with a variety of business and across multi sectors managing paid social and organics campaigns nationwide.

    The Digital Marketing Executive role is for someone with a confident and detailed knowledge in Google and Facebook Ads and strong interest in 360º digital campaigns. You will be working across search advertising (SEO & PPC), social media marketing (Paid & Community), content marketing, and other forms of digital marketing. You will be responsible for planning & delivering marketing campaigns for a wide range of our clients. Working closely with Senior Management and the rest of the team, who have been delivering digital campaigns for over 25 years, you will learn to conduct research, analysis, implementation, and reporting of marketing campaigns.

    You will be required to liaise with suppliers and clients, maintaining a productive and customer-focused relationship. You will also be expected to keep the Senior Management Team advised on the status of campaigns and provide early notice of any potential hurdles that need to be overcome or requirements to re-evaluate campaign strategies.

    The successful candidate will eventually be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of marketing campaigns. The agency will train you to become a specialist in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Google Adwords, paid and organic social media & email marketing.

    Key Responsibilities

    Understanding of custom audiences and lookalike audiences.

    Ability to generate and install the Facebook pixel, Dynamic products and all FB ads functionality.

    Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)

    Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting

    Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI

    Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues

    Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)

    Write attractive and concise copy for adverts

    Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels

    Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors

    Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends

    Ability to navigate, schedule or generate reports quickly.

    Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.

    Participate in forming effective paid search strategies

    Key Requirements

    3-9 years experience in paid media

    Experience in multi-channel data analysis and reporting

    Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts

    Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.)

    Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus

    Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)

    Excellent communication skills

    Analytical thinking with strong maths skills

    Agency background preferable

    Google AdWords and Facebook Blueprint certification a bonus.

    Ads pend management experience and strong sense of responsibility for client budgets.
