Executive Assistant
Providing a comprehensive level of administrative and organisational support for a busy Managing Director, manage and prioritise workload, key duties include drafting emails, proactively prioritising and planning diary and mailbox, ensuring scheduling and follow up of diary items, planning events, managing meetings, note taking, conducting desk research amongst other duties.
Key Duties include:
Attending events with the Owner/CEO and preparing presentations where possible
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Dealing with incoming email and managing where possible on behalf of the Owner/CEO;
Preparing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for meetings;
Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
Liaising with VIP individuals, peers from other organisations and internal staff.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant within a fast paced environment
Experience working for a high profile business owner
Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office Packages with minimum intermediate level Excel skills.
Computer literate
Proactive and confident problem-solver with a ‘can do’ attitude and can work off their own initiative
Ability to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent organisational skills
Evidence of being a proactive, self-starter who can manage changing priorities in a busy environment

We have an opportunity for a forward thinking a Paid Media Manager with experience of both Google AdWords (search, display, shopping and Youtube) and paid social (Facebook and Instagram) to join a fast moving and creative team working for an Award winning digital marketing agency. You will be working with a variety of business and across multi sectors managing paid social and organics campaigns nationwide.
The Digital Marketing Executive role is for someone with a confident and detailed knowledge in Google and Facebook Ads and strong interest in 360º digital campaigns. You will be working across search advertising (SEO & PPC), social media marketing (Paid & Community), content marketing, and other forms of digital marketing. You will be responsible for planning & delivering marketing campaigns for a wide range of our clients. Working closely with Senior Management and the rest of the team, who have been delivering digital campaigns for over 25 years, you will learn to conduct research, analysis, implementation, and reporting of marketing campaigns.
You will be required to liaise with suppliers and clients, maintaining a productive and customer-focused relationship. You will also be expected to keep the Senior Management Team advised on the status of campaigns and provide early notice of any potential hurdles that need to be overcome or requirements to re-evaluate campaign strategies.
The successful candidate will eventually be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of marketing campaigns. The agency will train you to become a specialist in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Google Adwords, paid and organic social media & email marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Understanding of custom audiences and lookalike audiences.
Ability to generate and install the Facebook pixel, Dynamic products and all FB ads functionality.
Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
Ability to navigate, schedule or generate reports quickly.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
Key Requirements
3-9 years experience in paid media
Experience in multi-channel data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.)
Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
Excellent communication skills
Analytical thinking with strong maths skills
Agency background preferable
Google AdWords and Facebook Blueprint certification a bonus.
Ads pend management experience and strong sense of responsibility for client budgets.
