    Digital Marketing Manager

    V&C Fashion and Retail specialists are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the business to help develop, build and support our growing clientele of Brands and Retailers across all aspects of their digital growth, from Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), PPC Digital Advertising to Paid Social Marketing.

    The individual will be required to manage and set-up the Digital Marketing activity for the business, including installing a social media dash board, Google Analytics and other tools, working closely on our fashion brands in executing their marketing objectives.

    Must have an understanding of the fashion retail sector, working on PPC and paid and organic social media campaigns with a creative eye and hands on attitude to develop alluring campaigns.

    Map connections, identify current and potential audience and plan how to reach them
    Manage and optimise PPC campaigns

    Providing instant visibility of the customers PPC Account Management
    Taking on the management of PPC Advertising campaigns on Google and Bing platforms and optimising spend to achieve maximum results

    Paid Social Media and SEO:-

    Create and manage social media accounts for clients across a range of platforms
    Regular and effective engagement with customers increasing trust in a brand
    Managing social feeds for a range of clients and Social media audits
    Original content tailored to various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
    Creating social media strategies to help clients reach a larger audience
    Art direction for all social asset shoots
    Setting up and evaluating paid spend
    Content calendar creation
    Day to day community management
    Producing analytical social/data report
    Managing social budgets.
    Performing keyword research and trend analysis to identify areas of growth and improvement
    Implementing good SEO practices across departments
    Reporting on the effectiveness of both organic and paid search campaigns, using and employing the appropriate tools
    Identifying and implementing site improvements
    Driving effective resolution to online performance issues

    Account Director

    Up to £45,000 plus commission

    We are working with a major supplier of retail display organisation that produces digital displays across the Consumer Electronics Industry working with major organisations including Sony, Samsung, Garmin and many more high profile businesses whom are looking for an Account Director to manage and develop and work with a pre-defined client portfolio creating and developing new opportunities for the business.

    The opportunity will be working with cross functional team to identify, develop and deliver relevant display solutions to their clients, managing, delivering against and reporting on forecast on a monthly basis

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Understand client’s strategic objectives relevant to display and merchandising. 
    Determine budget holders, decision makers, influencers and supporters. 
    Create opportunity for Senior Management representation within accounts.
    Develop service levels appropriate to client’s needs. 
    Through using market insights work towards driving efficiency and opportunities within existing and new clients.
    Develop plan for strategic growth of opportunity within Europe. 
    Create marketing and client entertainment plan. 
    Regular meetings; weekly project meeting, quarterly performance reviews, AOP, etc.
    Develop networking plan for incremental opportunity. 
    Ensure solutions are developed in line with client’s strategic objectives. 
    Create platform for year on year measurement of our performance against objectives. 
    Overview report highlighting change. 
    Review business against plan by client by month / quarter. 
    Incremental business options and potential threats. 
    Flag priority projects with plan for conversion. 
    Review resources – over or under capacity. 
    Develop clear, comprehensive client briefs with pre-defined objectives, target costs, timelines, key dates, etc.
    Weekly project update ahead of client meeting. 
    Create regular project updates for presentation to Managing Director. 

    Key Requirements:- 

    5+ years experience of working in Sales role preferably within POP, Store Fixture or Retail sector.
    Good written and verbal communication skills.
    Good knowledge of European programs and ways of working. 
    Experience in Consumer Electronics sector – (preferably). 
    Strong track record of successful client development and business conversion with Global brands.
    Good interpersonal and motivational skills.
    Ability to work flexible hours and available to travel.

    Paid Media Manager

    Up to £40,000 DOE

    Do you follow fashion? Are you analytical? Do you follow social platforms? Our agency is growing and we are looking for a Paid Media Manager (PPC and Paid Social Manager) with experience of both Google AdWords (search, display, shopping and Youtube) and paid social (Facebook and Instagram) to join our team. You will be working with major fashion brands and retailers on their paid social and organics campaigns worldwide.

    Key Requirements and Responsibilities:-

    Understanding of custom audiences and lookalike audiences.
    Ability to generate and install the Facebook pixel, Dynamic products and all FB ads functionality.
    Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
    Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
    Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
    Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
    Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
    Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
    Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
    Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
    Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
    Strong understanding and experience of bidding techniques (AutoBid, CPC, CPM, oCPM).
    Strong at statistical analysis, spreadsheets and reporting.
    Ability to navigate, schedule or generate reports quickly.
    Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
    Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
    At least 5 years’ experience in paid media
    Experience in multi-channel data analysis and reporting
    Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
    Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.)
    Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
    Excellent communication skills Analytical thinking with strong maths skills
    Agency background preferable Google AdWords and Facebook Blueprint certification a bonus.
