    International Merchandise Manager

    Up to £80,000 DOE

    Working for one of Europe's most successful brands this International Brand Merchandise Manager is an independent position with a clear remit in  ensuring  stock is in the correct locations at the correct time, optimizing sales and reduce markdown.

    Working closely with the Product Merchandisers and Regional Managers to use analysis to feed into store space plans and to support and train the allocation team. 

    Key Requirements:-

    Conduct analysis across the store base. 
    Work cross-functionally to develop a sound understanding of the customer. 
    Maintain awareness of current business priorities to ensure that department strategy is aligned to that of the business. 
    Challenge existing thinking and identify new sales and profit opportunities. 
    Present grading to senior management and retail teams.
    Support expansion into new stores.
    Analyse performance of new stores and make amends as appropriate.
    Work in conjunction with the brand teams to review department/category performance
    Ensure warehouse and logistics teams are aligned to any department specific initiatives
    Develop top level allocation and replenishment principles.
    Review and refresh grading in season to reflect openings, closures, space changes and recent performance.
    Ensure stock is moving through the warehouse as expected.
    Check Allocation plans issued by department teams.
    Review sales performance at grade and store level, proposing trading actions and delivering those signed off after trade meetings.
    Build Strong relationships between product, retail and DC teams through clear and relevant communication with regular trade updates.
    Plan stock builds ahead of key selling periods.
    Sign off and monitor the opening and closure processes.
    Report on performance of trials to the brand team and key stake holders.
    Ensure the continuity business is maximised potentializing availability.

    Key Requirements:-

    Minimum 3 years experience in a similar field
    Form strong relationships with Merchandising team
    Good understanding of fast fashion
    Analytical and organised
    Commercial mindset
    Support the Merchandisers to conduct objective setting and performance reviews for the allocators
    Proactive approach to involvement in tasks outside of own department
    Strong level of both English and Spanish

    Assistant Merchandiser

    50,000 EUROS + Bonus and Benefits

    We are recruiting for an Assistant Merchandiser to join one of the fastest growing retailers across the UK and Internationally.

    You will need strong WSSI knowledge, analysis and administration skills with at least 3 years’ experience within a fast-paced retailer.

    RELOCATION! 

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Monitor sales & stock (Markdowns/trading risks/changing season codes twice yearly).
    Analysis & Administration, maintaining accurate paperwork and making sure there are no data inaccuracies.
    Act as a departmental mentor for Administration Assistants, managing workloads, holding weekly reviews and assessing progress.
    Actively participate in a weekly business objects steering group, validating reports, ensuring fitness for purpose, proposing and designing new reports to cover gaps in current reporting.
    To be completely aware of the development of the range and option plans (responsibility with the buying team and checking, updating and maintaining of store and style grading ensuring all opportunities are maximised).
    Making sure that the merchandise controller is well briefed on all issues under your remit and that to adhere to company policy under the direction of the merchandiser.
    To consistently deliver against company expectations and policy and to make sure suppliers manage the same in the areas under your responsibility.

    Key Requirements:-

    Competent WSSI knowledge is a must to assist in the strategic planning of the business with at least 3-5 years’ experience within merchandising.
    Strong understanding of the critical path process of product development.
    Clear communication at all levels.
    Strong leadership skills.
    Measure and calm at all times.
    Good analytical skills.
