Wholesale Merchandiser
V&C Associates are recruiting for an Senior Wholesale Merchandiser to join one of Europe’s fastest growing retailers.

This position will require relocation.
Key responsibilities:-
Manage budgets and forecasts in line with finance and directly with the Merchandise Director
Manage all orders and allocations across our platforms and third parties to maximize sales and profit where possible.
Build seasonal ranges alongside production director to make sure seasonal targets can be met and achievable.
Manage the showroom and selling with wholesale partners, working closely on buys and overseeing weekly performance.
Monitor Ecomm sales and manage product launches, copy, imagery and layouts
Monitor sell throughs and work with off price channels to keep stock levels to a minimum
Work with marketing team for social pushes, banners and creative content and re merchandise the website accordingly – keeping an
eye on OOS
Weekly reviews of website and performance
Oversee retail team and customer services
Owning and managing the international merchandising department to drive sales and increase turnover, across retail, e-commerce & franchise channels
Working with Finance and Retail teams to forecast sale and margin projections and budgets for international stores and websites
Reporting to the Managing Director, Merchandising Director & Global Retail Director on international performance and strategic plans for growth
Supporting the Buying & Design team to ensure that each collection caters for the differing needs across international markets and premium concessions
Working closely with all functions of the business to ensure successful launches of the brand in new markets
Using market specific WSSIs to manage and plan global demand, optimising turnover and minimising terminal stock
Leading the department to implement new and improve existing processes, looking for opportunities to increase sales and profit
Meeting with external partners to discuss current performance, brand collaborations and new opportunities and future collections
Overseeing the process of opening new stores across Outlets.
Undertaking markets visits to further develop commercial awareness, understanding of the target customer and competitor activity

We have an fantastic opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join a dynamic and fast fashion brand with a particular remit across all Supplier/contract management, cost optimisation and supplier rationalisation reporting to the Head of Global Procurement.
The role will aim to improve upon supplier delivery as well as reduce the number of suppliers currently under contract, through the implementation of a new supplier structure and rationalization program.
Main responsibilities
Management of contracts under remit (spend and scope)
Strategic supplier contract relationship development / management – global contracts
Consolidation of supplier spend - contract management
Leverage existing supplier relationships for increased scope as well as implementation of improved services and quality
Challenge historic spend processes, to shift emphasis away from supplier led purchasing scope to demand led purchasing
Implement further innovative thinking aimed at reducing cost through process, and procedural changes
Identification, vetting and implementation of new suppliers
Analyse, identify and implement value engineering opportunities within the procurement process through leveraging best practices from industry as well as challenging departments to rethink their spend strategies and supplier identification
Key Requirements
Previous experience in either Procurement roles or wider supplier management within organisations or within management consulting firms or global FMCG with emphasis on project delivery.
Advanced graduate degree, or +5 years in relevant Procurement role
Travel on occasion
Excellent skills in presenting and speaking with confidence and eloquence – English is a prerequisite
Strong analytical skills, with a relevant quantitative problem solving ability and data analysis capability (strong Excel a must) and a fact based use of data driven analysis validate thinking
Team player – with ability to manage senior stakeholders (internal and external)
