Our client is looking for a detail-orientated, proactive and initiative-driven individual who is potentially looking for a step up from Marketing Assistant or move from a similar Exec level role, in the luxury sector. Working in a small, close-knit team, and you will be engaged in every aspect of the business with the two main areas of focus across digital and physical channels.
Events
Assisting the Head of Events to manage and execute the annual calendar of live events of over 50 events including dinners, lunches, receptions, seminars, breakfast briefings, report launches and the annual awards
Manage a range of smaller events from start to finish, taking full responsibility and overseeing all aspects of event management, logistics, external suppliers, communications and guest lists: liaising with event venues; event sponsors; external suppliers; guests and other stakeholders and updating the Head of Events each week on the progress of the event
Manage on-the-day setup and running of the live events
Manage the digital events programme day to day
Work closely with the communications and content team on all supporting materials and content to promote the events and ensure the relevant materials are available for attendees
Manage RSVPs and curate guest lists where appropriate
Assist the senior team with sourcing, approaching and briefing speakers
Coordinate speaker and VIP guests’ requirements such as travel
Update the CRM database
Post-event reporting and feedback gathering
Marketing
Work with the content and membership teams to ensure the website is up to date with the latest content
Work with the digital agency to ensure all copy on the website is SEO optimised
Work with the content team to build the Daily Digest emails
Support the membership team in managing the website Portal content day to day
Support the content team on social media

The organisation is looking for an established Sales Manager for the UK and Europe responsible for driving sales, managing and expanding existing customer base, managing Nationwide agents and developing up new sales channels as the company looks to aggressively targets to develop their sales across the UK and London in particular.
Key Responsibilities: -
Overseeing, implementing and developing an effective sales strategy to achieve company targets.
Seeking out new opportunities to develop untapped sales streams.
Managing the agent and distribution network across the UK with a strong focus on London ensuring sales targets ad KPI’s are met.
Develop excellent customer relationships in person, constant telephone calls, face to face meetings and other sales activities.
Expanding the distribution network through agents, dealers, trade clients and other customer bases.
Driving new products into existing and new markets.
Attending national trade shows and some international trade shows where required to support UK sales.
Producing monthly sales reports.
Ensuring a high level of customer retention, focus and satisfaction.
Consistent London and UK travel.
Key Requirements: -
Strong understanding of the luxury bespoke environment.
A minimum of 8 years’ experience of developing a sales region increasing, customer retention and sales channels.
Have an ambitious attitude and have the vision to make the UK sales grow under your leadership.
You must be an enthusiastic, organised person with a passion for design and will relish the chance to operate in a successful luxury, design led company.
Proven track record of driving and closing sales.
Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
An outgoing personality with great interpersonal skills.
Good project management.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and a CRM database.

We have been briefed on a fantastic opportunity for Head of Logistics and Shipping Manager to join a fast growing British sustainable luxury fashion accessory brand that sets out to empower artisans with skills and livelihoods through its operations and young people with health education through its foundation. The products are made from signature sustainable and upcycled materials in atelier locations in South America and Brazil.
The Head of Logistics and shipping Manager works to implement, manage, and maintain efficient logistic operations, tracking workflow systems to ensure a timely delivery and communication of all projects from inception to fulfilment. The Shipping and Logistics Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will play a key role in helping to develop and maintain eCommerce process across the business.
Key Responsibilities:-
Oversee eCommerce order processing and inventory fulfilment across the business from accessories and bags
Monitor inventory levels to ensure the product is arriving and orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner, consistent with communicated customer timelines
Support D2C department with the completion of ad-hoc client store and product requests, including review and approval of data entry by store managers at time of store/product launch
Work with internal fulfilment team to track, problem-solve issues. Assist in ideating and implementing new processes to prevent issues and improve operations
Manging warehouse fulfilment worldwide with depots in USA, Europe, UK and Hong Kong
Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure deadlines are met and all issues are effectively communicated and resolved
Work closely with partners, including 3rd party logistics to streamline communication and speed delivery
Serve as an advocate for the consumer experience from the time of project ideation to post-sale engagement
Liaise with customer service teams to proactively approach projects pre and post fulfilment, insuring they have the latest details to work from to provide exemplary customer experiences
Produce and distribute frequent receiving, shipping, and inventory reports, including trouble shooting and resolving issues
Proactively identify operational problems, project-related issues, changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise; facilitate problem resolution with appropriate parties.
Forecast and project inventory levels, submitting purchase orders recommendations to satisfy back-ordered units and replenishment reorders
Implement shipping rate card configurations into store platform as needed
Key Requirements
Over 8 years of experience working eCommerce, Shipping and fulfilment
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with many individuals and teams, including many different personalities.
Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects at a time, while staying on deadline and sustaining quality of work.
Identify and set priorities that accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and department initiatives
Ability to quickly and calmly react to changing organizational needs and deadlines, both internal and external.
Proactive and adept problem solver; ability to come up with inventive solutions on the fly.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
Strong working knowledge of Product, Inventory and Order management systems
