Throughout their combined 35 years in fashion and retail Nicole and Matthew Vohs were consistently disappointed with their recruitment experiences both as employers and as candidates.
Out of that frustration 5 year sago they founded Vohs&Co Recruitment operating out of a 'garden office” (glorified shed).
The vision was simple: 'To deliver candidates and clients the experience they’d always expected.”
From that vision Vohs&Co’s five principles emerged:

- Know our candidate
- Anticipate our clients’ needs and businesses
- Consider a candidate’s next move in the context of their long term career aspirations.
Those principles, ongoing investment in training and technology and a constant refining of processes have resulted in two office moves to accommodate the team’s growth as well as the launch of a shop fitting recruitment division.
The company’s success is a group effort. To maintain our principles Vohs&Co invests a lot of time internal recruitment and has consequently built a great team who work incredibly hard matching exciting roles and great people.
