Eskandar is a luxury womenswear brand sold in over 50 locations worldwide. Including Harrords, Liberties, Neiman Marcus and stand alone stores.
Using luxury Italian fabrics, their clothes are sold in high-end department stores, and they have five flagship stores in London, Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago. Eskandar were looking for a Brand Ambassador for the concession at Harrods. It’s an important concession for Harrods, with loyal clients returning season after season, so all potential candidates would be required to have an additional interview with the Harrods HR team.
Our focus was to find a Brand Manager with a luxury womenswear background and small store experience, including holding loyalty events and team management. Customer service is key at Eskandar so a proven sales history was paramount.
From those we presented, Eskandar selected a candidate who had previously worked in Harrods for a luxury brand, before managing a small London boutique for 3 years. They were keen to return to the Harrods family of brands, so this opportunity was perfect.
