CTO Lighting are a luxury light manufacturer who have created bespoke lighting for top London hotels, such as The Savoy, The Dorchester, St Pancras Renaissance, and Chiltern Firehouse.
They’ve also worked on prestigious interiors with leading industry figures worldwide, including David Collins Studio, Philippe Starck, and Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. CTO commissioned V&C to search for a European Sales Manager.
So it was critical to find suitable candidates that had an understanding of the luxury furniture and lighting market across Europe, with solid contacts with department stores and exposure to distributors and agents.
We presented candidates across luxury furniture, textiles, and lighting businesses, and CTO chose someone from a luxury furniture background, with experience developing a sales network within Europe, and in particular within European department stores.
