BOTTLETOP is a fast-growing sustainable British luxury fashion accessory brand.

Their aim is to empower local artisans by giving them skills and livelihoods. Their products, made from upcycled ring pulls and zero deforestation leather among other materials, include wallets, clutches, and belts. They were looking for a Head of eCommerce to deliver digital marketing for the brand online.


We were looking for an accomplished e-commerce leader, as the team needed to be guided and steered to generate a huge growth plan.

Experience working with luxury goods was key for this role, along with a sharp commercial focus, and a proven track record in delivering improved conversion, growth, and profit for multi-channel businesses, while enhancing customer experience and increasing brand awareness.


After shortlisting a variety of candidates, the client selected an individual with five years’ experience within the luxury sector, who had helped lead a team to exponential growth.
